This little island is yours to grow. Give it a good day.

Cold turkey doesn't work for everyone.

Most apps count perfect streaks and reset you to zero the moment you slip — which, for a habit you're reducing, means failing constantly. Still Here is built the opposite way. You're not chasing perfection. You're tending something that remembers every step you've taken, and forgives the ones you stumble on.

Kind by design

Everything you need to see progress.

No streak-shaming, no ads — just an honest picture of your habit over time.

More companions arriving as you grow

Honest, not punishing

A blank day just stays foggy — never a red mark against you.

Watch it come alive

From bare soil to a living haven.

Every good day is one small arrival. Weeks in, your island is full of life — and at dusk the everyday animals curl up asleep while the rare visitors glow.

SeedA first sprout breaks the soil.
SaplingA tree, flowering bushes, a butterfly, a rooster.
GroveMore trees, a pond, and animals moving in.
Haven, at duskA waterfall, sleeping animals — and glowing visitors.

Keep going, and the rarest of all may come: a unicorn, a pegasus, even a little dragon.

A second thing grows too

Keep a run going, and a home takes shape.

Alongside the forest, little builders raise a home for every good day you string together — a bedroll, a tent, a snug cabin, and finally a warm homestead with a crackling fire. Slip up and nothing is torn down; they just rest by the fire until you're back.

On an off day the builders rest, never scold — because progress you've earned should stay earned.

How it works

Three small things.

1

Log honestly

One tap each time — with the exact time quietly recorded, so you can later see when you're most tempted.

2

Good days grow it

Every day you stay within your limit adds one new living thing — a flower, a butterfly, a rabbit, a rare creature.

3

Slips never destroy it

Go over and nothing is torn down. The forest holds everything you've grown. No zero. No shame. Just tomorrow.

Why I made this

It started on a road trip to Halls Gap.

Fresh air, a clean river, birds flocking to the benches — and my first thought was still "what a perfect spot to smoke." The only smoke around came from the meat shop. Everyone else was just reading, licking ice cream, sipping coffee. For the first time in my life, I felt ashamed of the thought.

That day became this app — a tribute to Halls Gap, and a promise to enjoy the good things without a cigarette in my hand.
